Welcome to Imli by Nagra (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a small, home-based kitchen that offers takeaway food and cooking courses. By placing an order or signing up for a course at https://imli.no, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ordering and Payment

 

Takeaway Food

 

All takeaway orders must be placed through our website and paid in full at the time of ordering. We do not accept orders by phone, email, or social media. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and payment information you provide is correct. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Vipps MobilePay. Your order is only confirmed once payment is completed.

 

Cooking classes

 

Class bookings can be placed through our website, social media (Instagram messages), email or SMS. Full payment is required no later than 7 calendar days before the class starts. Payments are handled securely via Vipps MobilePay. Your class is only confirmed once payment is received.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

 

Takeaway Food

 

Under Section 22(b) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (LOV-2014-06-20-27), there is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods such as freshly prepared food. That means all takeaway orders are binding once payment is made. We do not offer refunds for cancelled or uncollected orders.

 

As we offer pickup only, you are responsible for collecting the food at the agreed time and for handling it properly afterwards. Responsibility transfers to you when the food is handed over, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (LOV-2002-06-21-34) §§ 5 and 7.

 

Courses

 

Under Section 22(m) of the Right of Withdrawal Act, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure activities that take place on a specific date. However, you may cancel your registration in writing up to 7 calendar days before the course begins to receive a full refund. After that, your registration is binding and non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to illness, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

3. Pickup and Attendance

 

Takeaway Food

 

Orders are for pickup only and must be collected at the time and place agreed. If you are delayed, the food may lose quality, especially items that require refrigeration. Once the order is picked up, you are responsible for proper transport, storage, and consumption. We do not offer refunds for orders that are not collected or for any deterioration resulting from delayed pickup or improper handling.

 

Orders not picked up at the designated pickup point will be charged in full. No refund or credit will be issued for unclaimed goods.

 

Classes

 

Classes are held in a private home kitchen. As a participant, you agree to behave respectfully, follow hygiene guidance, and let us know about any allergies or special needs in advance.

 

Participants are responsible for attending on time and at the correct location. Missed classes are not refundable.

4. Allergies and Food Information

 

Some of our dishes contain allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, or soy. In line with Norwegian regulations (FOR-2014-11-28-1497), allergen information is available on request. If you have allergies or intolerances, it is your responsibility to contact us before ordering. All food is prepared in a small home kitchen, and we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

 

5. Complaints

 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and find a suitable solution. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, in line with the Consumer Purchase Act (LOV-2002-06-21-34). Complaints submitted long after pickup may not qualify for compensation.

 

To help us process your case quickly, please include your name, pickup date/time, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will investigate your concern and respond as soon as possible and will always aim to resolve concerns through friendly and fair dialogue.
